Qualification of In-Store Associate:

• Availability must be adaptable to include evenings and weekends as part of the schedule.
• The hours are part-time and may be adjusted as necessary to meet business demands.
• Pursuit of a high school diploma or GED is a fundamental requirement.
• Candidates who have worked in retail for three to six months are desirable.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and verbal communication aptitudes are mandatory.
• The age requirement is 16 years or older.
• While on the job, the employee must communicate through speech or hearing on a regular basis. Walking, standing, using hands for tasks, and extending arms will be frequently required. Sitting, climbing, balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and utilizing a Brannock device may be occasional requirements for the employee.
• The position requires the individual to frequently lift and carry loads of 25 pounds and at times, lift and transport loads of up to 50 pounds.
• Suitable candidates for this position should possess specific vision abilities, such as clear close-up and distance vision, accurate color perception, good peripheral vision, and the capability to focus effectively.
