Job Description of Inventory Protection Service Assistant:

The primary aim is to enhance the customer shopping experience and foster a close relationship with store teams and loss prevention activities in the store. Demonstrating good decision-making skills is crucial for ensuring personal safety, the safety of others, and upholding the Company's reputation. Strict adherence to Company policies and promoting its culture and values are also key responsibilities in this role.
- Demonstrates a fitting and formal posture in the specified zone at the store entrance
- Serve as a visible warning to deter possible theft or deceit
- Familiarize yourself with the Store Emergency Response Guide for evaluation and comprehension
- Adhere to the designated dress code which entails donning the authorized attire endorsed by the organization alongside a Body Worn Camera
- Welcome clients in a suitable manner, display politeness and consideration
- Occupy and uphold a prominent location either at the entrance of the store or within a specific department
- When responding to customer assistance requests, direct customers to store management or customer service through the use of a radio provided by the Company
- Watch for and alert LP or store management of any unusual conduct or significant occurrences that seem out of the ordinary
- Conduct a final safety check of the store alongside a manager
- Follow all guidelines and regulations set forth by the company
- Record necessary occurrences within AIIM Case Management
- Executes additional tasks as delegated.
Qualification of Inventory Protection Service Assistant:
- Proficient verbal and written interaction
- Having the ability to make wise choices is essential in decision-making
- Demonstrating the capacity to proactively take charge and excel without constant supervision
- Efficiently arranges tasks based on importance and effectively handles time management
- Capable of enduring prolonged periods of standing
- Less than two years of experience in retail or security roles
