Job Summary of Client Support Associate:

The main responsibility of the Client Support Associate is to maintain a customer-centric and product-oriented approach to sales, integrating our core values into the daily operations of the store. This includes performing a range of sales functions such as overseeing merchandise, managing stock processing, and organizing the stockroom efficiently. Responsibilities of Client Support Associate:

• Directs merchandise handling by overseeing proper storage methods, tagging items, and facilitating convenient retrieval for restocking on the sales floor, readjusts merchandise arrangements for efficient use of stock area.
• Ensures that newly launched products are appropriately merchandised and showcased promptly.
• Maintains precise records of incoming shipments by entering data into the system, verifies merchandise invoices against received goods where relevant. Ensures timely completion of store-to-store transfers and attending to Locate requests efficiently.
• Responsible for receiving and processing visual packet materials, props, and signage in a timely manner, and organizing storage for stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
• Contributes to pricing fluctuations and markdown adjustments.
• Advising store management on required cash amounts.
• Aids in implementing visual directives by helping with floorsets, window transformations, visual presentations, and signage placements as directed.
• Assists with the cleanliness and organization of a boutique store
• Acts as a blueprint, champions, and boosts the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and benchmarks, ensuring a unified omni channel engagement
• Endorses a collaborative and all-encompassing method to problem-solving
• Shows a willingness to seek out ways to develop personally and openly requests feedback

Qualification of Client Support Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset
• Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Physical Requirements of Client Support Associate:

• Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
• Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
• Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
