Responsibilities of the Lead Associate include guiding Crew Members in executing operational Brand standards and creating a friendly and exceptional guest experience. They establish objectives, allocate tasks, and inspire others, commemorating achievements and delivering feedback promptly.

• Prioritize guest happiness, quick service turnaround, and superior product quality maintenance
• Candidates with a background in a café or quick-service eatery are preferred for this role
• Exhibit a strong drive towards results by setting inspiring targets and meeting agreed-upon deliverables
• Meet the required safety and sanitation criteria
• Foresee and interpret the needs of guests, surpassing what they foresee
• Demonstrates strong teamwork skills
