Job Summary of Sales Floor Supervisor:

In the role of a passionate and dedicated Sales Floor Supervisor, you are an essential member of the store's leadership team at Vans, responsible for elevating customer engagement levels and managing the store staff. Your duties encompass cultivating a positive work setting that promotes inclusivity, delivering constructive criticism and mentorship to associates for improved sales performance on a daily basis. Additionally, you participate in guiding and overseeing the store team while showcasing exemplary customer service to ensure a best-in-class retail experience. Responsibilities of Sales Floor Supervisor:

• Help enhance store sales performance, meet store sales objectives, and evaluate sales advancement and outcomes compared to key benchmarks.
• Cultivate a mindset that prioritizes consumer needs and engage in authentic interactions to enhance the sales process.
• Provide direct coaching and supervision to associates to enhance the in-store experience.
• Support in coaching and steering a team to outperform sales expectations.
• Encourage the store team to actively engage with customers to cultivate an authentic brand experience and uphold visual merchandising expectations in the store.
• Comply with the rules, protocols, criteria, and methods that are consistent with the company's guidelines.
• Cultivate an excellent customer journey in every circumstance, demonstrating best practices.

Qualification of Sales Floor Supervisor:

• The skill to lead and encourage a team to perform exceptionally well in generating sales and profits, achieving business targets by leveraging the outcomes produced by the store team
• Flexibility in scheduling in order to fulfill the requirements of the company, which may involve working on weekends, evenings, and during holidays
• Previous retail experience would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite for the role
• Established track record of effective communication in both written and spoken forms
• Having a problem-solving attitude and being flexible in a rapidly changing atmosphere are valuable traits
