The Deputy Manager will supervise the restaurant's overall function, which includes recruiting and managing a crew that provides exceptional service to patrons and overseeing the financial management of the establishment.

Responsibilities for Deputy Manager:

• Strengthen market performance and drive financial gains through the successful realization of the business plan
• Establish a favorable work setting by cultivating teamwork among staff through productive training, communication, and building relationships
• Behave in a professional manner when engaging with clients, coworkers, and management within the organization
• Serve as a positive example for other team members by obeying state and Federal labor and health regulations and honoring the performance and conduct standards established by the Company and Dunkin brand
• Uphold integrity, truthfulness, and responsibility in all scenarios

Requirements for Deputy Manager:

• Previous managerial experience preferred but not required
• Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
• Top-notch customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Works well under pressure and is able to multi task
• Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills
• Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must submit to a background check
