Job Description of Store Restocking Associate:

A Store Restocking Associate is responsible for maintaining the presentation and availability of merchandise in a retail store.Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

• Demonstrating established customer experience practices can serve as a guide for interactions with both internal and external clients
• Advocates for a positive store ambiance by practicing integrity, honesty, and consideration
• Accurately records customer purchases and returns and provides correct change following standard operating procedures
• Fosters the implementation of credit and allegiance programs
• Upholds the merchandising philosophy through compliance with established procedures and standards
• Efficiently prepares and arranges products for display in the sales area, in compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Assists in store recovery efforts as required throughout the day
• Maintains the sales floor's organizational and cleanliness standards and actively participates in ensuring the store remains clean and organized
• Gives and acknowledges recognition and positive suggestions
• Upholds all labor laws, policies, and protocols
• Engages in activities that promote the reduction of store shrink in line with organizational objectives
• Takes steps to promote safety awareness and maintain a secure atmosphere
• Extra obligations as designated

Qualification of Store Restocking Associate:

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
