Job Summary of Dining Manager:

A Dining Manager is an energetic leader who displays operational excellence in every area. Morning, noon, and night, we rely on Dining Manager to take full responsibility for managing all areas of their restaurant. A great restaurant manager sets the tone, stays calm under pressure, inspires a customer-oriented team and creates a culture of respect and collaboration.

Responsibilities of Dining Manager:

• Heading a group of managers and workers to ensure the smooth running of an Arby's establishment, concentrating on People, Profitability, and Operations in every aspect
• Delivering top-tier guidance to the restaurant team and employees
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service by guaranteeing smooth and respectful customer transactions in a pleasant atmosphere
• Partnering with the District Manager to oversee the implementation of Arby's and Tria organizational regulations in a manner that aligns with company benchmarks and statutory obligations
• Executing personnel management tasks like hiring, developing training programs, establishing work timetables, and managing the workforce in accordance with company HR protocols and legal requirements.
• Interacting with service providers professionally and responding promptly and politely to customer concerns

Requirements of Dining Manager:

We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience leading a unit, 5 years of restaurant experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!

• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess a state issued driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
