Qualification of Retail Team Member:

• Flexibility in availability is essential, with the necessity to work evenings and weekends included.
• Hours are considered part-time and subject to change depending on the requirements of the business.
• Possession of or actively working towards obtaining a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Previous exposure to the retail sector within three to six months is advantageous.
• Proficiency in fundamental math, reading, and oral interaction abilities is essential.
• Individuals are required to be at least 16 years old.
• During the execution of this role, the staff member will commonly need to engage in verbal communication. There is a frequent need for the staff member to be upright, move around, manipulate objects with their hands, and extend their arms. Periodically, the staff member may be asked to remain seated, climb, maintain balance, and bend or kneel, perform tasks in a lowered bodily position, or utilize a Brannock device.
• The worker is required to regularly carry or shift items weighing up to 25 pounds and on occasion, must handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• This position necessitates the ability to see clearly at both close and far distances, recognize colors, have good peripheral vision, and be able to focus and adjust vision as needed.
