Responsibilities of Retail Sales Lead:

• Setting and conveying explicit guidelines to the team, ensuring they adhere to all brand, operational, and conduct expectations.
• Manages and supervises fundamental operational tasks like initiating and concluding responsibilities, as well as overseeing the flow of merchandise.
• Supervising employees involved in sales, inventory handling, cash reconciliation, and customer service. Using weekly schedules to guarantee sufficient floor staffing while staying within budgetary limits. Staying informed about ongoing sales and special offers, and arranging merchandise presentation according to current promotions and guidelines.
• Ensures adherence to protocols in managing merchandise, showcasing, preventing losses, and fulfilling tasks as instructed by superiors.
• Establishes a culture of excellence to inspire the sales team to achieve designated sales and efficiency targets, while also reaching personal sales objectives.
• The training and coaching are vital to ensure that the sales team is well-versed in all aspects of product knowledge, both online and in physical stores.
• Helps individuals in finding satisfaction and making sales through guidance and support in the areas of trains and coaching.
• Drives and invigorates the store team, advocating for a common goal and exemplifying fundamental beliefs.
• Encourages a team effort to solve problems in an inclusive manner.
• Interacts with store staff and management to facilitate constructive transformation.
• Actively pursues chances for personal growth while being open to receiving input in order to enhance leadership abilities.
• Demonstrates, educates, and advocates for the Principles of Exceptional Personal Assistance (PEPA), ensuring a seamless multi-channel service.
• Sales forecasts are created by applying different methods and sharing product information with customers, suggesting items or assisting in finding or obtaining products according to customer preferences and requirements.
• Develops and nurtures a loyal customer base by utilizing clienteling and wardrobe management techniques.
• Guarantees timely handling of customer issues.
• Guarantees a prompt and effective checkout process by staying up to date on regulations related to transactions, coupon usage, product returns and exchanges, safety protocols, and other relevant procedures.
• Assures the team maintains regular client interaction by using the customer list, engaging in rewards initiatives, and encouraging the registration of new customers.
• Offers backing, executes, and delivers post-training assistance for all educational initiatives, workshops, and similar activities.
• Aids in the growth of retail staff members; analyzes Key Performance Indicator reports and offers guidance when necessary; shares evaluations of associate performance with the Store Manager for appraisals.
• Encourages employee and team involvement through acknowledging and compensating staff for exceptional achievements.
• Ensuring that the Store Team complies with all employment guidelines and procedures.

Qualification of Retail Sales Lead:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers
• Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required

Physical Requirements of Retail Sales Lead:

• Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
• Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
• Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
