Job Description of Meat Cutting Operator:

The core responsibility of the Meat Cutting Operator involves offering exceptional customer support by preparing and guaranteeing the freshness of meat and seafood products. The Meat Cutting Operator is highly skilled at creating meticulous and premium cuts of meat/seafood. Moreover, they oversee departmental operations, which include accurate ordering, inventory supervision, efficient production, and compliance with food safety measures within the meat/seafood division. Providing customers with insights and expertise on products is also an integral part of the Butcher's role.

Responsibilities of Meat Cutting Operator:

  • Prepare, cut, trim, and package meat and seafood products according to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Assist with training new butchers or clerks as needed.
  • Break down whole animals or large cuts into retail portions.
