Job Summary of Operations Associate:

The primary duty of the Operations Associate is to uphold a sales strategy that prioritizes customer service and product quality, reinforcing our core values within all aspects of store management. This involves engaging in diverse sales procedures like handling goods, organizing stock, and optimizing stockroom layout. Responsibilities of Operations Associate:

• Organizes inventory to ensure proper storage, labeling, and accessibility for restocking on the sales floor, adjusts merchandise placement for efficient use of available space.
• Ensures the proper showcasing and timely representation of newly introduced products.
• Maintains accurate records of incoming shipments by inputting data into the system, compares merchandise invoices with received goods where relevant. Ensures timely and precise handling of store-to-store transfers and responding to Locate requests.
• Responsible for the timely processing and storage of visual package materials, props, and signage, including stockroom organization for hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
• Takes part in modifications to pricing and markdown strategies.
• Informing store management of cash supply necessities.
• Aids in executing visual guidelines such as floorsets, window updates, visual displays, and signage positioning according to instructions.
• Provides support in keeping a boutique clean and well-organized
• Serves as a role model, endorses, and advances the principles and criteria of the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS), delivering a unified experience across all channels
• Advocates for an inclusive and teamwork-oriented strategy in tackling challenges
• Is eager to engage in opportunities for self-improvement and readily asks for constructive criticism

Qualification of Operations Associate:

• A high school diploma or an alternative credential is required for various job opportunities
• It is beneficial to have previous background in working as a stocker or cashier
• Individuals must be at least 18 years old to meet the eligibility criteria
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in providing top-notch assistance to clients
• Demonstrated strength in organizational prowess and capacity to juggle various responsibilities in a high-speed work atmosphere
• Possessing the ability to grasp or acclimate to the company's technology offerings
• The ability to remain standing for the majority of the shift is a necessary skill
• Capability to operate rapidly and adhere to rigid time constraints
• Showing capacity for collaboration
• The implementation of visual merchandising methods and product positioning is highly sought after
• Interact with patrons, team members, and leaders; use a headset for effective communication
• Strong attendance is a must-have for this job to maintain proper staffing levels that align with the company's objectives. The job demands a flexible work schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements of Operations Associate:

• Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
• At intervals, lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds is necessary, constituting a portion ranging from 1% to 33% of the full 8-hour workday
• Often Scaling - Between 34% and 66% within an 8-hour shift
