Job Summary of Crew Associate:

As the primary point of contact, our Crew Associate are responsible for promptly welcoming and assisting our customers upon their arrival at the restaurant. Providing excellent customer service is the main focus in this role. Responsibilities of Crew Associate:

• Promptly and courteously greet customers
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with Brand standards
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including all limited offers and promotions
• Ensure a clean and organized workstation
• Stock inventory as needed
• Maintain cash register following proper cash-handling procedures

Qualifications of Crew Associate:

• Essential requirements include proficiency in spoken language, reading comprehension, and the ability to understand and communicate Brand standards and policies effectively
• Impressive talent for exchanging thoughts articulately and establishing meaningful connections
• Fluent in English
• Legally recognized paperwork verifying your identity and eligibility to work within the borders of this nation
• Candidates must have availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
