Job Description of Client Engagement Associate:

The role of a Client Engagement Associate at Banner Bank is to offer support as a teller or banker at various retail branch locations within a specific area. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every client has an exceptional experience while transacting with the bank. You must process transactions with complete accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you should suggest and promote bank products and services to clients to help them achieve their financial objectives. As this position involves working across multiple locations, you must be willing to travel daily.

Qualification of Client Engagement Associate:

Ongoing professional development is also important in the banking industry. More experienced bankers may be expected to attend training sessions and seminars on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices:

• A year or more of experience as a teller, with proven expertise in sales and goal attainment, is a mandatory requirement for this position
• Effective ability to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities, coupled with fundamental arithmetic, bargaining, and analytical skills
• Developing strong communication skills, including phone and email etiquette, can greatly enhance one's professional image and effectiveness in their role
• Exceptional abilities in developing relationships and communicating effectively with others; outstanding aptitude in meeting customer needs

• Employees in this role may earn an hourly rate of $18.00 to $19.00 based on their experience, and a $1.50 premium on top of their base pay can also be added
