Responsibilities of Telecom Sales Associate:
- Developing expertise in attending to customers' needs and driving sales, alongside delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating loyalty through:
- Supporting customers in continuing their shopping experience from where they last left off, whether it was online, through Customer Service, or in a brick-and-mortar location.
- Showcasing cutting-edge technology and addressing the unique needs of each customer through interactive in-store demonstrations.
- Through side-by-side selling, we aim to provide tailored solutions that go beyond simple device and service plans, enabling customers to remain connected to their preferred contacts and interests with the latest accessories and IoT technology.
- Handling service and sales demands with poise, sincerity, and empathy.
- Acquires proficiency with and consistently applies digital resources in interactions and onboarding to actively exhibit:
- The growth of our network ensures that customers in the area can enjoy lightning-fast connectivity through LTE technology
- Why T-Mobile plans and services will let our customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
- Wraps up the T-Mobile in-store experience training encompassing fresh skill sets, operational methods, and understanding of technological platforms and support materials.
- Maximizes their shift hours by proactively engaging in learning opportunities during customer interactions, staying informed about the latest developments in wireless technology.
- Engages with T-Mobile employees from different sectors, including commercial and customer care, in order to foster relationships:
- Work together to possess the customer journey and tackle challenges to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Efficiently pinpoint and transfer leads for small businesses.

Qualification of Telecom Sales Associate:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
